Scope for Education Vertical

1.   Enquiry Process:

• At the time of enquiry an enquiry form is filled up.
  
• The tentative batch time requested by the enquiry is filled up.
  
• The name of the counselor is recorded on the enquiry form.
  
• Follow details are also recorded on the enquiry form.
  
• After a few follow ups, the enquiry can be declared as dead.

2.   Registration Process:

• The registration process is mandatory.
  
• The student is registered by a token amount.
  
• A registration receipt is issued to the student.
  
• On registration, the student will be allotted a unique student id.
  
• The student is allowed for a day against this amount.
  
• Afterwards the student will required to take an enrollment.
  
• A report on the student who have registered but not enrolled is required.

3.   Enrolment Process:

• The enrolment is done only after the student pays the first installment or the entire fees.
  
• The receipt is issued to the student for the payment made.
  
• An invoice will also be raised for the new enrolment.
  
• At this instance an account code will be opened for this student.
  
• All the commercial transactions will be recorded against this account code.
  
• The student would be allotted a batch

4.   Some queries:

• How will the registration amount adjust against this account code.
  
• How will be the late fees, Caution deposit and Service Tax recorded.

 5.   Batch Attendance:

• An offline attendance form will record the attendance of the students.
  
• Only students belonging to the batch will be discussed.

6.   Course Material Issue:

• The course material issued to the student also needs to be recorded.

 7.   Batch Scheduling:

• All the students being registered are allotted a particular batch.
  
• A decision on the commencement of the batch can be taken once; requisite numbers of students are registered for a batch.

8. Batch Transfer:

• A student will fill in a batch transfer request.
  
• The request will be recorded in the IMS system and the student would subsequently be transferred.

 9.   Break Applications:

• The break application form has to fill in by the student.
  
• The details will be recorded in the system.
  
• At the time of resumption of the course, the student will be transferred to an appropriate batch.

10.  Certificate Issue:

• On completion of the course, the student fills in the certificate request form.
  
• The details will be recorded in the IMS.
  
• The details of the certificate issued also will be recorded in IMS.

11.  Thomson Prometric:

• The student has to pay the entire amount of the test.
  
• The entire amount is deposited in bank.
  
• Payment Faclity through credit card or DD.
  
• The payment received is also deposited in this bank.
