4. Raw Material:-

• Raw Material Planning based on BOM, lead time factor.
• Purchase Order System with QC parameters
• GRN system linked with Excise module.
• QC verification – Inspection
• QC deductions with Bill passing
• Process for Importing the Raw Material

• Variance reporting of actual Vs defined consumption

5.   Production and Process:-

• Planning new production batch considering required resources.

6.   Quality Control:-

• Data Entry of Lab Reports for incoming raw material, periodic running consumption raw material tests, periodic running production quality tests , and outgoing finished goods before dispatch Q.C. test reports. Variance reports between Standard & actual parameters.

8.   Payroll & HRD module:-

• Payroll module – capturing of attendance, provision to link to attendance recording system, pay slip preparation, arrears calculation and auto JV creation of full salary & wages with respective posting heads for accounts.
