Scope for the Chemical vertical :-

1. Finance & Accounting module :-

  • Cash Book, Bank Book, Journal & Ledger

  • Credit Note and Debit Note

  • Sales/Purchase Register

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Balance Sheet & Trial Balance

  • Management Information Reports

  • TDS Module

  • Letter of credit

2. Consumable & Capital Stores module:-

  • Base unit of Indent,

  • Purchase Order,

  • GRN,

  • Gate passes,

  • Requisition,

  • Issues with input of Cost Centre and Equipment Code (if applicable),

  • Bill Passing,

  • Freight Control,

  • Rejection management

 


3. Excise & Taxation :-

Manufacturing Excise reports along with PLA ,RG1, RG23 A Part I & Part II,RG23 C Part II , Raw Material Register (Earlier called Form IV) along with Annexure and monthly Abstract,ER1 (Earlier called RT12) returns ,

 

4. Raw Material:-

  • Raw Material Planning based on BOM, lead time factor.

  • Purchase Order System with QC parameters

  • GRN system linked with Excise module.

  • QC verification – Inspection

  • QC deductions with Bill passing

  • Process for Importing the Raw Material

  • Variance reporting of actual Vs defined consumption

5. Production and Process:-

  • Bill of material

  • Planning new production batch considering required resources.

  • Intermediate Process details

  • Intermediate QC details

  • Input for other Process parameters

  • Input of other resources used like supervisor, machines etc

  • Intermediate/by-products stock capturing.

  • Back tracing of in-process data for finished product batch.

6. Quality Control:-

Data Entry of Lab Reports for incoming raw material, periodic running consumption raw material tests, periodic running production quality tests , and outgoing finished goods before dispatch Q.C. test reports. Variance reports between Standard & actual parameters.

 

7. Finished Goods (Sales & Marketing) :-

  • Sales Order system

  • Excise Invoicing

  • Export Documentation

  • Customer Feedback

  • Sales Return process

  • Lab reports details with invoice

 

8. Payroll & HRD module:-

  • Payroll module – capturing of attendance, provision to link to attendance recording system, pay slip preparation, arrears calculation and auto JV creation of full salary & wages with respective posting heads for accounts.

  • Personnel Department – Shift, Leave, Loan, Advance , Tour , Salary Grade and Increments management

  • Human Resource Development – Training, Appraisal, Career Path after joining and before joining
